WhisperKOOL manuals & product documentation
As an authorized WhisperKOOL dealer, we keep every current WhisperKOOL owner's manual and spec sheet in one place so you can find the exact documentation for your cooling unit — no digging required. Whether you're installing a new system, troubleshooting an existing one, or ordering a replacement part, the right guide is below.
How to find the right manual
WhisperKOOL revises its manuals over time, so the same model can have more than one version. Three quick checks will get you to the correct file:
- Identify your series and model. It's on the unit's label or your original invoice (e.g., Ceiling Mount 4000, Platinum Split, Phantom 4200, SC PRO 4000).
- Note your voltage and condenser type. Look for 220V High-Efficiency (H.E.), 110V (Ω), or Copeland 110V on the spec label. This determines which manual applies.
- Check your purchase date. Some manuals are split by purchase date — choose the version whose date range covers when you bought your unit.
Still not sure? Call us at 1-888-589-1833 and we'll identify your unit and point you to the right document.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know which WhisperKOOL manual I need?
Match three things: your series/model, your voltage and condenser type (220V H.E., 110V Ω, or Copeland 110V), and — for units with multiple versions — your purchase date. All three are on the unit's label or your original invoice. If you're unsure, call us and we'll identify it for you.
Are these the official WhisperKOOL manuals?
Yes. We're an authorized WhisperKOOL dealer, and these are the official manufacturer documents for each unit.
What's the difference between the 220V H.E., 110V, and Copeland versions?
They refer to different condenser and voltage configurations of the same unit. The correct manual depends on which configuration you own — check the spec label on your condenser.
My unit is older or I can't find my model — what should I do?
Reach out. Older or discontinued units often still have applicable documentation, and we can help you locate the closest manual or the right replacement parts.
Can you help me choose or size a new WhisperKOOL unit?
Absolutely — that's what we do. Request a quote or call 1-888-589-1833 and we'll match a system to your cellar.
